- Orders placed at our official website dispatched from South Korea. And We use FedEx for shipping.
- Orders generally dispatched the day after they were placed (exceptional during Holidays)
- We ask for your generosity regarding the slightly damaged package box or Pak, unless the items inside are well preserved. If you find your item defective, please contact the CS center.
Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
Order Completed → Ready for dispatch (the next day, excluding weekends, holidays) → Shipping completion after 3 to 5 business days from dispatch
- The shipping period might vary depending on the region. Weekends, Holidays, or conditions on the courier company or customs office can be factors for a shipping delay.

Q. How much is the shipping fee?
It’s 10 USD, but if you order over 90 USD, you can enjoy free shipping
e.g.) Toddler sling ($47) + shipping fee ($10) = $57
e.g.) 2 Toddler slings ($47*2) + free shipping = $94
- Please note that some remote areas can cost an extra shipping fee. In this case, we directly contact the customer.
- A returner after receiving an order shipped free of charge is also subjected to subtract 10 USD among the total refund amount.
Q. Can I set a certain date for a delivery?
- We’re sorry we can’t, because a courier company completes deliveries with other parcels.
Please be aware of this when placing your order.
Q. Can I change my address after my order is sent?
A request to change destination address can be made free of charge before a local delivery staff for the parcel is designated. The change can be made through the email sent from FedEx. However, it may cost extra since then.
Q. Can I check the shipping status?
You will receive an email with #TRK of your order once we create shipping.

Please contact our CS center if you cannot find an order confirmation email.
Q. What if my order is sent back to your office due to prolonged absence or errors in delivery?
If the sending back of a parcel is owing to the recipient’s prolonged absence or incorrect address or recipient mismatch, your order will be refunded excluding the round-shipping fee.
If your parcel remains at the local FedEx office, you can receive your parcel by paying a domestic shipping fee. In this case, please contact FedEx CS center or GOOSEKET CS center.
Customs Clearance & Duties
Products are shipped from South Korea.
Orders shipped outside of Korea may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional costs for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
GOOSEKET has no control over those additional charges, nor can we estimate the details of charges.
Please be aware of the possibility of tariffs imposed depending on the total order price. It differs from countries which are over our control to estimate.
