All orders are shipped from South Korea. We dispatch orders on the next business day. However, orders that are placed on a Friday afternoon after 2:00 PM (KST) will be dispatched on the following Monday, due to our office being closed on the weekends.

We do our best to provide the fastest and most reliable shipping service to our customers.

eParcel Korea (Standard Shipping)- This is a shipping option that is available mainly for the US, AUS, Singapore, and other SE Asian countries. Shipping usually takes 10-14 business days for the US and 5-7 business days for Singapore and other SE Asian countries. The shipping fee for Standard Shipping is $4.99 USD. 

FedEx Int’l Priority- This is our primary shipping courier we use to send out orders with express shipping for the US and most of other countries. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. The shipping fee for FedEx shipping is $9.99 USD.

 *Please note that for FedEx, certain countries will have additional shipping charges during checkout.*

GOOSEKET is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party companies such as USPS and local delivery companies.
Delays caused by the customs clearance processes are out of our control + special circumstances (weather etc.)
Our couriers cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Since orders are being shipped internationally, there might be import duties and taxes that will need to be paid for customs clearance and upon delivery in some countries. In this case, the recipient will be responsible for paying these charges and GOOSEKET does not hold any control over these additional payments. If you have further questions regarding import taxes and duties in your country, please contact your local customs office. 


Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. You can check the status of delivery using the given tracking number on the website of the shipping courier below.
