Credit card companies in general implement customer authentication services. Please check if your credit card got 3DS authentication. You can ask it to your credit card company’s customer service center. Please note that some credit card companies don’t provide the authentication services. If so, please use another card or use PayPal for the purchase. We will do our best to implement a more convenient payment system.
Unfortunately, only a single payment is allowed for overseas payments. We cordially ask for your understanding.

It might be the commission for the money exchange. Normally it’s charged 1 - 3% of the total payment but it might differ depending on credit card companies. Please check with the credit card company for the detailed record.
Yes, you can simply print the order details. Please contact the GOOSEKET customer service center if you need another form of receipt.
We provide a one-year warranty for every product when the defect in production is detected.
Shipping within the US and Canada can take up to 5 business days but most customers receive their package sooner. EU shipping can also take 5-7 business days but is also much quicker in our experience!
Yes, free shipping on orders over 90 USD. Extra costs can be charged on some external, isolated areas that are difficult to be delivered.
It is not possible to set the date and time because the delivery is made by courier companies. Please allow a generous delivery period. If a customer did not receive the parcel at the shipping destination, it might delay the delivery completion, and you might be charged extra fees for keeping the parcel on a courier when you are not able to receive it longer.

We provide GLOBAL EXPRESS shipping, and the shipping fee costs 10 USD. You can enjoy free shipping on orders over 90 USD.
Our primary courier is FedEx Express. Products are generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days. It is not dispatched on weekends. It is not possible to set the date and time because the delivery is made by courier companies. Please allow a generous delivery period.
- If there are weekends or holidays in between, it may take additional 2 to 3 business days. GOOSEKET will inform customers through our website whenever a holiday approaches. Kindly note that GOOSEKET operates based on the KST (UTC+9) time zone.

If you order by convenience store payment, account transfer, etc., which are other than a credit card payment, the refund can only be made into a coupon or points that can be used at GOOSEKET website. Costs for a gift wrapping, clearing commission, and remittance charge, etc., other than the price of a product are non-refundable.
The gift packaging cost added on the price of a product is non-refundable. The same goes for a refund shipping fee; it’s not included in the total refund amount. Please note that only the price of a product will be refunded.
