GOOSEKET makes high-quality items: Every item includes a one-year warranty from the date of your purchase.


Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receipt.
There will be no handling fee charged for the return, but the return postage is the customer's responsibility.
The shipping rate you paid for your order will not be refunded since the delivery is completed by the courier.

Items received outside of this period will not be accepted.

We can’t accept the return for these cases below:

  • Used, altered, or washed items
  • Items without tags
  • Damaged items
  • Items with missing parts (pouch etc.)
  • Contaminated items

We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Received the faulty or wrong item

***Please contact us within 7days of receiving the item.***

If you discover that your item has a fault or received a wrong item please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
We will give you a full refund including the shipping fee for the wrong item sent/ faulty item. 


You should return the original product(s) and place a new order. 


Once an order has been sent and in processing it cannot be changed or canceled.
If you want to change or cancel your order please contact our customer service ASAP.


Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card and will include shipping costs for faulty items.
Please note, card refunds are depending on their processing time. This can vary between card issuers.
If you paid upfront through Paymentwall, the refund can only be made into a GOOSEKT coupon or points that you can use on the website.
Credit card fees or currency exchange rates may not be refundable.
The gift-wrapping cost is non-refundable.
