GOOSEKET puts first your satisfaction.
We strive to make our products easy to use and beneficial in your days of parenting.
If you are first using our product and struggling to use it, please tell us.
We will provide manual and tailored solutions.

If you want to return your order contact our CS center in 15 days from receiving your order.
A customer should pay a round-shipping fee if the reason for exchange & return is the customer’s order error or change of mind.

GOOSEKET does not offer an exchange. You may order again following the return of your first order.
Items that the tag is cut, washed are not eligible for return and considered final sale.

Every item of GOOSEKET includes a 1-year warranty since the day of the purchase.

Return or exchange should meet the following conditions.

  • In 15 days request from receiving order
  • The item(s) must be in brand new, unused condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. It also must be in unwashed and unrepaired condition.
  • There can be no animal or human hair, stains, odors, or other product damage.
  • Items returning should reach the return center (the US) within 7 days after a return approval or reach GOOSEKET headquarter (South Korea) within 30 days.
  • Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the return request is not made due to the shipping error or a defective item.

Cancellation

Order cancellation or change can be reflected only before dispatching it.
We apologize for the inconvenience and kindly request your understanding.
If it’s already dispatched, apply it as the return after the receipt.

For order change or cancellation. please contact ASAP to CS center stating the following:

  • Order number or your name
  • Change(s)

- If you paid for your order other than a credit card (paid upfront through Paymentwall), the refund can only be made into a coupon or points that can be used in GOOSEKET website. We cordially ask for your understanding.
- Please note that fees for credit card or currency exchange may not be refundable.

Return

  • Return request can be made only within 15 days after receiving it.
  • Items washed, the tag separated is not eligible for return.
  • When you return please add a note of your #order (or your name), contact no., a brief reason for the return so that we can swiftly process the refund.
  • Product color may look differ from actual color due to lighting, natural light, monitor resolution, production time, etc. These cannot be the reasons for exchange & returns.
  • Disadvantages resulting from not abiding the return policy, after an item is sent, are not taken responsibility by our company.

A return owing to wrong order or a customer’s circumstance

  • Cost of sending item to Return Center in the US
  • When we receive the returned item, we inspect it and process the refund after subtracting 10 USD (the amount paid for shipping when placing an order)
  • When you return please add a note of your #order (or your name), contact no., a brief reason for the return so that we can swiftly process the refund.

If you receive a defective item or a different one from your order

  • We pay special attention to our products but if a delivery of wrong or defective item happens please contact us within 15 days from the receipt.
  • If you remove a tag or request later than 15 days from receipt cannot be accepted for return even though the item is defective or wrongly delivered.

A refund of an order gift wrapped

  • The cost of gift wrapping is not refundable
  • Shipping fee cost for return is not included in total refund amount
  • Only a product is exchangeable and refundable

        e.g., Toddler sling $415 + Gift Wrapping $2 + Shipping $10 → Refund: Toddler sling $415

Procedure for Return

A customer must receive notification via CS center about how to collect the parcel.

  • Defective products or wrong shipping are subjected to collecting the parcel free of charge.
  • You may also send it to the Return Center in the US.
