If you order on a Friday or the day before a holiday, it might take a few days to get the product.

- We are working with a reliable international shipping company.
- It usually takes 3-7 business days to ship the product.
- If there are weekends or holidays in between, it may take an additional 2-3 days.
Based on the type of product, the amount of orders, or the re-stocking period, shipping may be delayed.
Based on where you live, there may be an additional charge.
We do not ship products during the weekend.
Once the product has been shipped, you can check the tracking number in the order details.
You can check the shipment status by entering the tracking number on the delivery website.

Due to COVID-19, many countries have canceled or curtailed a number of flights.
For this reason, a large number of deliveries are on hold, and they are sent in order.
The total time it will take to finish the delivery will be around 15 days from when it was sent, but due to regional or local situations, it may take longer time.

For delivery to Canada, it can take over a month.

There may be an import duty, tax, and commision which is charged by the country in which the product is imported.
The receiver should deal with any additional fees that may happen during the entry process.
GOOSEKET doesn’t have the right to control those fees, and we also can’t estimate how much they would cost.
We don’t exchange when the customer ordered incorrectly or simply changed their mind.
If you would like to make an exchange, first get a refund and then purchase a new item.

- A refund should be requested through customer service within 7 days after receiving the product.
Exchange or refund is not available for products that have been washed or if the tag has been removed.
Please write your name (used during checkout), contact information, and the reason for a refund, when you send the package.
The product’s color may differ due to various reasons such as lighting, natural light, monitor resolution, or production period. This is not an eligible reason for a refund.
The company doesn’t take responsibility for disadvantages that occur due to noncompliance with the return policy.

We try our best to check and maintain good quality products, but if there is a product defect, then please contact customer service.
We are sorry, but you should send the product to GOOSEKET.
When you send the package, please write your name (used during checkout), contact information, and a simple reason for the refund.
After checking the product, we will refund you the amount including the shipping fee and product fee.
After checking the product, if the product doesn’t have a defect, then you should pay the shipping fee.
③ When shipment is unavailable because the personal information isn’t correct.
GOOSEKET customer center contacts the customer to check.
If after a while we can’t get in contact with the customer, the product will be sent back to Korea.
And if the product is sent back due to the case above, a returning fee will be charged to the customer.

After the product arrives at the company, if the product passes the refund check process, then you can get a refund within 3-5 days.
For a credit/debit card refund, it may take a long time to process based on the credit/debit card company.
